I’m Lauren, and I love helping people like you live their best life; and I feel like that starts with self care. Helping people through massage has always been a passion of mine. As soon as I graduated high school, I went straight to massage school to become a licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Health Quest Foundation of Integrative Therapies in 2004 and have been blessed to have a thriving practice since then.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I made the difficult decision to close my office and become a traveling therapist with the intention of going back to an office when things calmed down. What I didn’t expect was to fall in love with my traveling practice. Because I am not tied to an office, I have been able to extend my reach across the metroplex.
